It’s great to be back coaching! I coached the 2006 Tiny Mite Cheer squad and had a great time season. I have been with the Andrew Hill Raiders Family since 2005. This was the first year that the Tiny Mite level was offered. My son Andrew started off as a Tiny Mite Football Player and is now moving on to be a Jr. Pee Wee. My daughter Alissa is also a Cheerleader on the Midget Squad. This is going to be her last year with Andrew Hill Raiders and I hope it’s a memorable one for her.
But it doesn’t stop there my youngest daughter Athena has been raised around Andrew Hill Raiders Football & Cheer and it is now her turn to step on as a Tiny Mite Cheerleader. She has been looking forward for this moment for a long time. She was given the nickname was “Snacks”. When I was coaching the team in 2006 and during practice when my team was working hard practicing Athena was getting into all of their snacks and eating them…
We are so excited and we are looking forward to a great season for 2009. This year we are going to teach the team the basic cheer moves, cheers, a dance routine and we are definitely going to bring it come our performance for Competition! We except all of the girls to come & have a good time but also to work hard.
